Your Complete Guide To Fabulous Las Vegas!
Find your way to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada for an unforgettable time! There is almost too much to do within these city limits and even more adventure to be had in the Nevada mountain ranges. We spent 4 days in NV exploring the strip and its outskirts. I did not know what to expect from Las Vegas but every turn was a surprise!

First thing to know is that the strip is completely made up of resorts and each one has its own theme. It is so fun to see how far they have taken each theme when building and designing these resorts. Typically, within each one is a full mall of shops, restaurants and casinos. Literally anything you could want can be found inside your resort!
Where to Stay
I stayed at Caesar’s Palace for 4 nights this August and absolutely loved it!! We popped into many of the other hotels on the strip and no other even compared to the beauty of Caesar’s. The two main reasons that I picked this resort was 1)my obsession with Greece and admittedly Percy Jackson and 2) the Garden of the Gods pools. Caesar’s has 7 outdoor pools for their guests, complete with swim up poker tables, a bar and snack stand, cabanas, day beds and of course the main Caesar’s temple. You seriously could not have pulled me away from this pool and of the 4 days 15 hours were spent at the pool. Can’t express enough the beauty and fun this pool supplies.

What to Do & Where to Eat
The second thing to know about Vegas is that time is completely different. The casinos are known for helping you lose track of time. There are no clocks or windows in the rooms and drinks flow all night long, nothing closes. 5am buzzes the exact same as midnight. Vegas specializes in keeping you entertained every minute of every day and you don’t want the nights to end.
Our first day we spent 8 hours at the pool then had dinner at the Venetian hotel, Canaletto Ristorante Veneto Italian restaurant and rode the High Wheeler ferris wheel. Dinner was incredible and the Venetian is beautiful! Their theme is ‘Little Venice’ with indoor and outdoor canals and gondola rides. Portions all over Vegas are huge so splitting meals is so easy and helps lower the cost. The High Wheeler was a great way to see the whole strip at once and the view of the lights from the top was so fun! Definitely an attraction I would only suggest once the sun sets.
The next day we fled the Strip for Red Rock Canyon, Seven Magic Mountains and Lake Las Vegas. Red Rock has a wonderful 13 mile scenic drive with 26 marked hikes along the way. The beauty of the mountains up close was breathtaking and the hikes were broken up by difficulty so there’s something for everyone. The park costs $15 dollars to enter and takes under an hour to drive through depending on how long you hike or stop to take photos. Seven Magic Mountains is an art installation that is a perfect photo op north of the strip. We ended our day-trip at Lake Las Vegas which is a little neighborhood of shops and restaurants styled like little Italy. The best attraction there is the water to cool off. You can swim or join in on the water sports with all sorts of rentals and an obstacle course! We had pizza at Luna Rossa for lunch, which was absolutely delicious. Before the day was over, we ended back up at the beloved Caesar’s pool with frozen strawberry margaritas in hand. At the pool we met Vin a promoter for the Omnia club in Caesar’s who invited us out that night and added us to his guest list. After dinner at Carmine’s, we dusted off our little black dresses and headed to the dance floor for the VIP experience. Omnia was a major highlight of the trip with an incredible DJ and lively crowd.

The next day we spent time exploring the Strip more. We saw Luxor and its famous Sphinx, NY and the Statue of Liberty, Paris and the Eiffel Tower, and the Bellagio fountain show. We spent time shopping as well and ended the day at Cosmopolitan for burgers at Holstein’s.
